Wait just a minute! We haven't had that much champagne. As always, access to the card tricks is limited to magicians only, with a sense of history and a basic background in the art. To figure out what word to whisper into this young lady's ear, let's honor a fellow who has attended almost as many magic conventions as Jay Marshall. One of the real pioneers of the trade show field, and a veteran of The Ed Sullivan Show, he is probably best known as a magical performer for his hilarious bits with pals Duke Stern and Jay Marshall at Abbott's Get-Togethers. He is also the author of such books as Kornfidentially Yours, Comedy a la Card, Clever Like a Fox, and For My Next Trick. He's widely known as the "King of Korn" and is the only fellow I've ever heard of, in magic or out, whose first name is Karrell. By now you either know who I'm talking about or you don't. If you don't, click What If I Don't Know the Password? If you do and wish to read one of Harry Riser's great new card tricks, click "A Two Billet Test." When prompted for a Userid, enter the word duke. When prompted for a Password, enter Karrell's last name. Hint: there is no lake named after him, despite the name of a formerly popular brand of gaffed cards. Important: both Userid and Password must be entered completely in lower case.
